Mega Financial was the top stock in terms of sales by foreign investors, with 27,000 shares being sold, despite a 4.9% price increase to NT$42.75. Meanwhile, Acer, a robust computer manufacturer, was also heavily sold by foreign investors, causing a 7.9% decline in stock price to NT$115.5, leading to shareholder distress and dramatic market movements.
