On July 1, 2024, the Taiwan stock market opened in the red and closed at 23,058 points with a slight increase of 26 points. Foreign investors switched from buying to selling, becoming the sole sellers with a withdrawal of 6.502 billion Taiwan dollars. Overall, the three major institutional investors sold a net of 4.395 billion Taiwan dollars, with foreign investors turning from buyers to sellers. Self-operated businesses bought 423 million Taiwan dollars, marking a second consecutive purchase, while investment trusts shifted from selling to buying, purchasing 1.682 billion Taiwan dollars, resulting in a total net sell of 4.395 billion Taiwan dollars.
