Former chairwoman of Land Bank, Hsieh Chuan-chuan, will succeed as chairman of Bank SinoPac. The bank recently held a shareholders' meeting for board member elections, announcing on July 1 that the current chairman, Zhang Ming-dao, will retire. The new directors have appointed Hsieh Chuan-chuan, former chairman of Land Bank, to take over as the new chairman. Hsieh Chuan-chuan, with a background starting at Taiwan Bank, has a wealth of experience in enterprise credit and financial investments, making her a versatile professional manager. With her new role, she is expected to consolidate and lead Bank SinoPac's business operations forward.
