Former Scotland Player Sarah Law Announces Retirement from Rugby

Former Scotland half-back Sarah Law, who earned 53 caps for her country, has retired from rugby at the age of 29 due to being diagnosed with axial spondyloarthritis. Law, who captained the University of Edinburgh and played for Darlington Mowden Park Sharks, expressed gratitude for her rugby journey but acknowledged the toll injuries have taken on her both physically and mentally. She leaves international rugby with 63 points and plans for rest, possibly returning to the sport in the future in a different capacity.
