Former chairman of Taiwan Land Development, Chiu Fu-sheng, was summoned by the Taipei District Prosecutors' Office for questioning regarding a suspected financial irregularity involving a 2 billion loan from a private entity in 2019 that was not accurately reflected in the financial reports. It is alleged that the company engaged in fictitious real estate transactions to disguise the borrowed funds, leading to 'falsified financial reports' in the following year. Chiu Fu-sheng, along with five others including the former financial manager and accountant, was questioned in relation to the case.
