Forward Air announced the addition of James Faught, a former Yellow Corp. employee, as the chief accounting officer, reuniting with recently named interim CFO Jamie Pierson. Faught, who was previously the CFO at EVO Transportation, joins Forward Air as it navigates the financial integration with Omni Logistics following a contested merger. The company aims to strengthen its financial leadership team for long-term success, led by CEO Shawn Stewart, who took over in April after the departure of Tom Schmitt.
