Intermediaries in Taiwan suggest expanding the scope of exemption for people above 80 years old from the Bavarian Scale evaluation, with an estimated 55,000 beneficiaries. They propose implementing a comprehensive exit mechanism for foreign workers and address four demands to cope with the upcoming super-aged society, including exempting those above 80 from the Bavarian Scale, establishing an exit mechanism for bad foreign workers, allowing employers without the Bavarian Scale to hire foreign workers by paying additional employment stabilization fees, and reviewing the one-stop pick-up service to avoid conflicts between employers and workers.
