Foxconn Interconnect Technology announced that its Saudi Arabian joint venture will begin constructing a factory in December to produce electric vehicle chargers, with production expected to start in 2026. This new venture, named Smart Mobility, aims to support Saudi Arabia's goal of electrifying 30% of cars by 2030. The company also aims to generate $700 million in revenue from the auto mobility sector this year.
