Shen Fuxiong explains why the Kuomintang's support is declining and shares the only self-rescue method for the blue camp. Despite the joint efforts to reject the parliamentary reform bill on the 21st, a June party poll by the Taiwan Public Opinion Foundation showed KMT and PFP support at only 17.8% and 14.3% respectively, with the DPP maintaining the lead at 37.4%. Former Legislator Shen Fuxiong pointed out the key issue and advised the KMT to 'make sure to self-rescue.' Shen emphasized that the KMT's 52 seats are actually quite vulnerable, with many newly elected legislators lacking in combativeness, making it difficult for the KMT to restrain the DPP in the parliament.
