Franklin Resources reported that its preliminary assets under management (AUM) reached $1.61 trillion at the end of June 2025, marking an increase from $1.57 trillion at the end of May 2025. This growth was influenced by favorable market conditions, although the company experienced preliminary long-term net outflows of $1 billion, largely due to $4 billion in outflows at Western Asset Management. When excluding this segment, long-term net inflows were $3 billion. For the quarter ending June 30, 2025, preliminary AUM showed a similar trend with a net outflow of $9 billion, impacted by substantial outflows from Western Asset Management.
