Admiral Acquisition Ltd., led by Martin Franklin, is set to acquire industrial-services provider Acuren Holdings Inc. for $1.85 billion in 2024's largest blank-check deal to date. The funding for the purchase will include $560 million in cash and a $312 million private placement. After the acquisition, Admiral will move from the London Stock Exchange to the New York Stock Exchange.
