A Frontier Airlines passenger refused to comply with exit row instructions, causing everyone on the flight to deboard. The incident, captured in a viral TikTok video, showed the woman arguing with flight attendants and refusing to acknowledge her responsibilities in the exit row. Despite attempts to resolve the situation, she was eventually escorted off the plane by police officers at Charlotte Douglas International Airport, leading to all passengers having to deboard as well.
