A survey conducted by Ling Media on future political leaders included 31 cabinet members, revealing that Lin Fei-fan, a former Sunflower Movement activist and current Deputy Secretary-General of the National Security Council, ranked third in ‘Future Development.’ Particularly favored by individuals aged 30-49 and supporters of the Democratic Progressive Party, Lin was the top-ranking member of the cabinet below the age of 40 across various indicators. The survey analyzed impressions, anticipated performance, and future development, showing Lin’s presence in the top ten, making him the sole cabinet member under 40 considered. The survey methodology involved a sample of 3,083 respondents aged 18 and above, with a margin of error of +/- 1.76% at a 95% confidence level and used weighted representative estimates.
