Starting at midnight on June 17th, Taiwan's CPC Corporation will decrease the prices of gasoline and diesel by 0.1 yuan per liter. This price adjustment is attributed to factors such as the increase in US employment figures, positive outlook on global oil demand by OPEC, and the rise in international oil prices. Despite the potential increase based on the pricing mechanism, CPC Corporation absorbed part of the hike to maintain prices lower than neighboring Asian countries.
