Actor Johnny Wactor from 'General Hospital' died from a gunshot wound to the chest during a confrontation with armed thieves trying to steal his car's catalytic converter in Los Angeles. The incident occurred after he finished his shift as a bartender and was walking to his vehicle. The LAPD is seeking public assistance in tracking down the suspects, who fled the scene. Wactor's family stated that he was protecting a female co-worker when he was shot. He was known for his roles in various TV shows and films, including General Hospital, Station 19, and Dead Talk Tales: Volume I.
