In Taipei on June 19, 2024, Liqi Construction's Chairman Guo Shuzhen (right) passed the baton at the shareholders' meeting to her nephew Guo Jigang (left), marking the completion of a generational transition. Guo Shuzhen, who had served as Chairman for 23 years, decided to step down, allowing Guo Jigang, the eldest son of Guo Quanqing, the President of Liyi Group, to take over the position. With this shift, the Liyi Group enters a new era of succession, with plans for development in the real estate and hotel industries. Guo Shuzhen will focus on her own venture, Li Ming Construction, while Guo Jigang is set to lead Liqi Construction towards further growth and expansion.
