Genki Sushi partners with well-known chef Wu Bingcheng to create 6 new sushi dishes infused with Taiwan's local flavors, available for a limited time from July 1 to September 1. Additionally, they offer double points for members, allowing free sushi redemption. One of the highlights is the 'Cactus Salmon Sushi,' where chef Wu incorporates the unique flavors of Penghu, blending cactus salad with fresh salmon, purple shiso leaf, aloe vera, and salmon roe, creating a visually appealing and delicious combo. Other dishes include XO Sauce Scallop & Wagyu Beef, Roasted Goose Oil Scallop, Garlic Vermicelli Shrimp, Pineapple Lemon Shrimp, and Sichuan Pepper Cherry Duck Hand Roll.
