As the technology war centered on chips escalates, the U.S. has taken actions to restrict exports of high-end chips, equipment, and materials to China, urging allies like Japan, the Netherlands, Germany, and South Korea to cooperate in blocking such exports. However, there are loopholes in the U.S.'s measures, and various countries and enterprises have different interests. Despite efforts to prevent personnel movements and halt exports to China, Chinese determination for self-sufficiency in semiconductor development remains strong. While the initial impact may slow down China's progress, in the long term, it may develop its own unique path in the industry.
