Google, in partnership with the Ministry of Digital Development, Institute for Information Industry, and National Taipei University of Technology, has launched a cybersecurity talent cultivation program aimed at nurturing 2000 skilled cybersecurity professionals by 2025. The program will offer Google's cybersecurity professional certification courses covering various aspects of cybersecurity and practical skills, including network security, risk management, Linux and SQL tools, threat detection and response, and more. Google plans to assist in training 500 cybersecurity talents by the end of 2024, providing free course accounts to encourage learning. The initiative aligns with Google's ongoing efforts to enhance Taiwan's digital infrastructure, promote digital literacy, and foster innovation and talent development in the digital sector.
