Google has successfully navigated a significant antitrust review by the U.S. Department of Justice (DOJ) concerning its $32 billion acquisition of cybersecurity firm Wiz Inc. Initially announced in March, the deal faced scrutiny leading to a thorough investigation. However, as of October 24, the DOJ has indicated it will conclude its review, removing a major obstacle for Google, although the acquisition still awaits assessments from other regulatory bodies.
