The Constitutional Court has begun reviewing the case under the 'Constitutionality Letter'. Today, the Executive Yuan followed suit by filing the request, stressing the urgency of the matter. The President's Office and Control Yuan are also expected to file. The Executive Yuan highlighted significant flaws in the amendment process and violations of constitutional principles, seeking judicial review to safeguard democratic order and protect citizens' rights.
