Green Advocacy Campaign Hits 150 Events, Focuses on 'Restoration of Party-State' in Second Phase

Reported 12 months ago

The Democratic Progressive Party (DPP) has launched a nationwide advocacy campaign starting with the 'Parliamentary Reform Bill' after the passage of legislation related to disrespecting the parliament and investigative powers. Despite the subsequent rejection of review and various constitutional organs initiating a constitutional interpretation request, the DPP continues its campaign focusing on the 'Restoration of Party-State' theme. The campaign has held around 150 events, with the second phase emphasizing the alleged collaboration between the blue and white parties, controversial 'money pit bills,' and the forced return of alleged improper party assets by the Kuomintang (KMT). Special emphasis is placed on countering the 'Restoration of Party-State' narrative and advocating unity against Chinese coercion, particularly regarding the 'Punish Taiwan Independence 22 Autocracy Resurgence' issue.
