Founded by a former Alphabet AI chip engineer, Groq specializes in AI inference chips and has a partnership with Aramco Digital to develop an AI hub. This funding will aid in expanding their data center in Dammam, facilitating support for technologies like the bilingual AI language model Allam, developed by the Saudi government.
