Due to heavy rainfall, Meizhou in Guangdong province, China experienced severe flash floods on June 16, with areas facing mudslides and landslides. By the 17th, Meizhou had witnessed 5 deaths, 15 people missing, and 13 individuals trapped. The floodwaters have caused significant damage to buildings, with some structures completely destroyed, reflecting the devastating impact of the floods.
