Guarding Public Health: NHIA Calls Together 271 Institutions to Establish Healthy Hospital Network

Reported 11 months ago

To provide comprehensive health care services to the public, the National Health Insurance Administration (NHIA) in Taiwan continues to promote healthy hospitals. This year, 70 institutions were recruited, bringing the total number of hospitals in the healthy hospital network to 271 across the island. Besides receiving medical treatment, medications, and preventive care services at these hospitals, individuals can also undergo health screenings to reduce disease risks early and intervene promptly when symptoms arise to slow disease progression. NHIA emphasizes the importance of healthy lifestyle habits and early disease risk assessment provided by these hospitals to promote overall well-being and prevent chronic illnesses.
