Wanhua Police received a report of someone firing a gun at a location on Lane 372, Section 2 of Xiyuan Road. Upon arriving, they discovered that a man named Chen had shot at his friend surnamed Li with a gas-powered stun gun due to a disagreement over returning items. Thankfully, no one was injured. Chen was arrested for violating the Social Order Maintenance Act and the police seized two gas-powered stun guns and one steel pellet at the scene. Wanhua Police remind the public to refrain from resorting to illegal methods when faced with disputes and to report incidents to 110 for police intervention to avoid criminal liability.
