Former naval consultant Guo Xi repeatedly accused Taiwan International Shipbuilding Corporation (CSBC) of ongoing losses and poor performance, criticizing Chairman Cheng Wen-long for being irresponsible and leaving a bad reputation. Guo Xi claimed to hold over 800,000 shares and planned to speak out at the June 26 shareholder meeting. In response, CSBC stated they will officially file a lawsuit to address the matter. CSBC emphasized their years of dedicated work in national defense, maritime shipping, and construction projects, and condemned the baseless attacks and smears. CSBC will hold their 113th annual shareholder meeting on June 26, welcoming constructive feedback and ensuring order to protect shareholder rights.
