In a report by Tsai Huifang in Taipei on June 21, 2024, at 4:10 pm, Haiyue International (2348) has seen a surge in profits due to robust property market conditions and continuous successful sales of properties nationwide. Their earnings per share (EPS) for the first five months of the year reached 11.02 yuan, closely approaching the full-year EPS of 13.86 yuan in 2023. With earnings surpassing 2 times their share capital over the past 4 quarters, the EPS has reached 21.53 yuan, setting a new profit record. With a portfolio of over 200 billion yuan in nationwide property sales, Haiyue is optimistic about achieving stable monthly revenues exceeding 500 million yuan. Collaborations with developers like Dali (6177) in their self-built project 'Dali Creating the Century' and upcoming projects 'Haiyue Garden' with a total sales value of 1.6 billion yuan in the second half of the year, and the completed development project 'Qingtian Forest' in Nangang with a total sales value of 13 billion yuan with partnerships with Yaxin (5213) and Xinrun (6186) are expected to drive Haiyue's performance to new heights this year.
