The Hakka Committee announced the 4th edition of the 'Hakka Stir-Fry National Championship' with registration now open. This year's competition includes both a 'Traditional Group' and a 'Creative Group', divided into preliminary rounds in the 'North, Central, South, and East' regions, where champions can advance to the national finals to compete for a 100,000 NT dollars prize and the chance to showcase their skills. The competition aims to promote Hakka cuisine and enhance cultural exchange through traditional and innovative dishes, ultimately making Hakka food more widely loved and recognized.
