The Han Guang live-fire exercise will be held in July, with anti-aircraft landing drills planned at Taoyuan International Airport on July 25 and expanded to include Taipei Songshan Airport on July 23, leading to a temporary closure of airspace for an hour each time. This exercise aims to simulate the defense of critical infrastructure from aerial threats. The military exercise will also focus on various combat scenarios, including testing rules of engagement, decentralized command and control, and full-time and nighttime training, emphasizing a realistic and combat-ready approach.
