Amid ongoing conflicts in the Legislative Yuan, President Han Kuo-yu changed his mood on July 2, 2024, by attending the opening event of the Family Art Month in the southern branch of the National Palace Museum. He humorously referred to it as a 'spiritual hot spring' and welcomed everyone to visit the museum's limited-time water dance show. This year, celebrating the 100th anniversary of the National Palace Museum, the southern branch also marks its 10th anniversary, featuring the longest 120-meter water dance show in Taiwan, along with three whimsical paper boats. President Han Kuo-yu participated in the event, joining children in watching magic shows and even dressing up as the Brave King of the museum. Additionally, he visited the exhibition hall to see national treasures like the Jadeite Cabbage and the Dragon Sutra, even experiencing a 3D-printed model of the Jadeite Cabbage. Expressing pleasure in attending the Family Art Month event, President Han acknowledged the importance of engaging in arts and interacting with children, offering a break from the intense political atmosphere at the Legislative Yuan.
