As the turnover rate of nursing staff rises, multiple hospitals are experiencing bed crisis. An emergency room doctor disclosed that well-trained professionals, who can handle multiple critical patients at once, are only paid around 40,000-50,000 NT dollars under the system. The ER doctor's public revelation sheds light on the concerning state of healthcare institutions and the urgent need for systemic reform to address staff shortages and inadequate compensation levels.
