The Central Weather Bureau issued a reminder to avoid unnecessary outdoor activities, labor, and exercise as 13 counties and cities across Taiwan, including Taipei, displayed 'high temperature warning' signals due to temperatures reaching 36 degrees Celsius or above for three consecutive days or hitting 38 degrees Celsius. Recommendations include staying indoors, keeping cool, staying hydrated, and being cautious of heat-related injuries. Vulnerable groups such as the elderly, children, chronic patients, and outdoor workers should avoid high-temperature environments.
