People are advised to be cautious of lightning, strong gusts, landslides, falling rocks, and flash floods. Additionally, a thunderstorm alert was issued for Keelung City, Taipei City, New Taipei City, Taichung City, and Nantou City until 5:00 PM. Furthermore, specific river areas are under flood alerts due to the risk of heavy rain, urging residents to stay away and stay safe. Various regions are under different levels of rain alerts, categorized as heavy rain or torrential rain.
