Tonight until tomorrow (29th), there may be heavy or torrential rain in parts of Hualien County and Taitung County, and a chance of heavy rain in the Yilan area. Beware of lightning and strong gusts, and exercise caution against landslides and falling rocks in mountainous areas, as well as flooding in low-lying areas. Heavy rain special warning issued.
