Yamashita Tomohisa, a Japanese actor, posted on his social media advising fans to be cautious amidst the heavy rainfall and to utilize hazard maps to identify danger zones. Train services in various areas have been temporarily suspended due to heavy rain impact. Authorities have issued level four alerts in landslide-prone regions like Atami and Ito in Shizuoka Prefecture, urging residents to evacuate immediately.
