Heterl New Energy signed an MOU with Central University on 'Smart Microgrid Control Applications,' aiming to upgrade grid control performance and related strategies by combining Heterl's SI technology with the university's AI integration technology. With a focus on safety and sustainability, the partnership includes developing strategies for intelligent renewable energy smoothing control, AI demand regulation, energy management optimization, microgrid interconnection, power quality event identification, and creating a virtual power plant through AI. This collaboration aligns with Taiwan's goal of decarbonizing energy by 2050, with an estimated energy storage market size reaching NT$200 billion by 2030.
