Hg has reached an agreement to acquire AuditBoard for over $3 billion, including debt, making it one of the first US West Coast deals for the London-based software specialist. AuditBoard, a California-based risk management software provider, surpassed $200 million in annual recurring revenue last year and serves over 2,000 enterprises, including nearly half of the Fortune 500 companies.
