Following the completion of legislative reforms, tensions between political parties in the Legislative Yuan have not subsided but have escalated to discussions about recalling legislators. Former DPP legislator Kao Chia-yu stated on a TVBS political talk show that to achieve a successful recall, a legislator must meet the criteria of having high hatred value and sufficient legitimacy. She pointed out that KMT legislator Xu Qiaoxin, who has the highest hatred value among the Green Party, is the most likely target. With ongoing conflicts and the possibility of recall battles looming, various legislators from both KMT and DPP have been named as potential targets, including Wu Sui-yao, Huang Chieh, and Wu Pei-yi from the DPP, and Xu Qiaoxin, Wang Hung-wei, and Yeh Yuan-chih from the KMT.
