According to a report by Chen Jialing from SET News on June 16, 2024, despite switching to an inverter air conditioner, the monthly electricity bill remained as high as 8000 yuan, with the technician discovering that the power consumption issue was due to three household appliances. A YouTube channel called 'At Home with Water and Electricity' revealed hidden 'electricity consuming monsters' in the house, leading to the owner changing their electricity usage habits and reducing the electricity consumption from 130 degrees to 95 degrees by identifying and adjusting the usage of certain appliances. The technician also shared tips on reducing electricity consumption effectively.
