Nutritionist Wang Yinghui from Taipei Hospital warns that this group is at a higher risk of health issues associated with 'deep-fried pork.' She emphasizes the importance of a balanced diet, adequate protein intake, calcium and vitamin D supplementation, as well as a combination of aerobic and resistance exercises to prevent and improve muscle-deficient obesity.
