A high school student in Nantou was scolded and forced off a bus for reciting the driver's name when boarding the bus in Puli. The driver became angry, questioning why the student called out the name on his nametag, and ultimately refused service, causing the student to disembark while bewildering other passengers. The incident was captured by a confused passenger onboard. According to transportation regulations, refusal of service can occur due to various reasons, such as passengers with severe illnesses, intoxicated individuals, or those carrying prohibited items.
