Hormel Foods Corporation has appointed Jeffrey M. Ettinger as the interim CEO and John Ghingo as President, effective July 14, 2025. Ghingo becomes the 11th President in the company's nearly 135-year history, overseeing retail, foodservice, and international operations. Ettinger, a board member, will manage corporate functions like finance and human resources. These changes follow the planned retirement of Jim Snee, with a permanent CEO expected to be named by October 2026.
