According to meteorologist Wu Derong, there is a high chance of sporadic light rain in central and southern Taiwan today, with the probability of afternoon convection being high and a possibility of localized heavy rain. Temperatures range from 24 to 34 degrees in the north, 24 to 36 degrees in the central region, 25 to 36 degrees in the south, and 23 to 35 degrees in the east. The European model simulation shows that a tropical disturbance is likely to form in the South China Sea on the 24th of next week, but it is expected to move towards the vicinity of Hainan Island and Guangdong without posing a threat to Taiwan.
