A recent post on Dcard shared a trick to cancel an Uber Eats order and receive a full refund when there are no available delivery drivers. The user's order of Pizza Hut pizza was delayed due to a lack of a delivery driver, prompting them to cancel the order. By selecting the 'Help' option on the order page, then choosing to 'cancel the order' and initiating a chat with customer service demanding a refund, the user successfully received a full refund. This method bypasses the usual requirement of the customer having to pay for the entire order when canceling.
