Hewlett Packard Enterprise's $14 billion acquisition of Juniper Networks has received approval from the UK's Competition and Markets Authority, allowing HPE to enhance its networking presence. Following the EU's approval, the deal is still under review by the US Department of Justice, which has requested additional information. HPE plans to finalize the acquisition by the end of 2024 or early 2025.
