When Dai's wife, surnamed Chen, discovered the affair and confronted Jiang, she admitted to having an 'intimate relationship' with Dai. The court deemed this as Jiang admitting to being a mistress and having conducted adultery with the manager. Jiang was subsequently ordered to pay 200,000 in damages to Chen. Details revealed Jiang and Dai had an inappropriate relationship, leading to the breakup of Dai's marriage with Chen. Chen suffered emotionally, leading her to seek 600,000 in mental distress compensation from Jiang. After examining evidence and transcripts, the court ruled in favor of Chen, stating that Jiang indeed engaged in sexual activities with Dai, hence the ordered compensation. Jiang has the option to appeal the decision.
