On June 12, mainland China's renowned actor Hu Ge will visit Taiwan to attend the 'Dialogue with Youth' event, interacting with young directors in Taiwan. Hu Ge, known for his roles in popular works like 'Chinese Paladin', 'Myth', 'Nirvana in Fire', and 'Southbound', has recently gained more popularity in the TV series 'Blossoms' directed by Wong Kar-wai. This visit, lasting less than 24 hours, is focused on exchanging with young directors in Taiwan and does not include media interviews. The Mainland Affairs Council stated that Hu Ge's visit was invited by the Taipei Film and Audio-Visual Industry Association for short-term professional exchanges, approved by relevant authorities for participation in the 'Dialogue with Youth' event.
