The Ministry of Agriculture is planning to introduce the 'From the Heart Blossoms 2.0 - Hualien Revitalization Agricultural Voucher Coin Program' from July 1 to October 31, issuing a total of 700,000 vouchers priced at 250 NTD each, aimed at boosting Hualien's rural areas and agricultural industry. There are two ways to obtain the vouchers: by visiting Hualien and registering on the Agriculture Easylife website to receive a voucher, or by making purchases on the designated e-commerce platform 'From the Heart Blossoms 2.0' Hualien section. The vouchers can be used for buying local agricultural products, participating in agricultural experiences, or redeeming tickets or souvenirs within Hualien, with various usage regulations to follow.
