Huang Guochang, the convener of the Minority Party caucus, expressed disappointment, alleging that Li Junsiu had effectively altered his stance after changing positions, turning the Control Yuan into a 'henchman institution' for the ruling party. Li Junsiu, Secretary-General of the Control Yuan, accused the parliamentary reform bill of severely obstructing the exercise of their investigative rights and upheld that they would seek a constitutional interpretation and temporary disposition from the Constitutional Court to defend their supervisory duties.
